producing for his self and sum wack artist that is still alive (obie)
is nothin like producing for best rapper of all time whos been dead for 9 yrs
Man, you got a real bad attitude somewhere down the line.
a week or two ago people were accusing you of being me because you were being such a staunch Eminem supporter, now you're trashing his name? Are you a fairweather fan?
Number one, since he's already considered one of the best in the game right now, I'd say he has some ability. Also, I'd bet the million dollars that I don't have that if you asked virtually any top dog in the industry (i.e. Nas, Jay Z, Kanye, Fat Joe, Ludacris) some of the most respected artists in the game will tell you that Eminem is a future legend.
As for Obie, he's fucking FAR from wack. Matter of fact, Obie the third most talented rapper on Shady/Aftermath behind Em of course at #1 and Proof at #2.
And last but not least, I fucking seriously scoff at your line "it's not like producing for the best rapper in history". Oh...bullshit! That's a crock and a half of shit. Daz produced "Got My Mind Made Up" for 2pac, which was initially supposed to be a Dogg Pound beat but Pac wanted it so Daz said fine. That beat is fucking horrible yet Pac sounds no less talented and he's actually so good on that track he makes the beat for his section of the song interesting.
A beat doesn't make or break a fucking artist and a beat is just that, a fucking beat. A beat is going to be just as good or bad as the producer made it no matter who's on that fucker. I've found myself saying many times when hearing an artist like Kanye West that I can't stand, "man, shitty rapper, shitty song, and a great beat wasted".
