WOW yall are votin shit to high. now i know u can be touched is a ill song but a 4.8 hell naw, start ratin his shit correctly and to those who are rating like this; 4,5,5,5,4,1 rate to the closest 0.25, ok.
 
This is supposed to be our opinions, how can you say we're voting it too high? Just because you don't think U Can Be Touched deserves that high a rating doesn't mean other people agree. My rating on these songs is exactly what my opinion is of them.
 
^^^true, its ur opinino that reflects how good a song is. but u can be touched only has 1 pac verse and has been rated in the lights of

Krazy (2 2pac verses)
Starin' Through My Rear View (2 2pac verses)
So Many Tears (4 2pac verses)
Keep Ya Head Up (3 2pac verses)
Hail Mary (2 2pac verses)
Unconditional Love (3 2pac verses)

The amount of verses is irrelevant. 2Pac had some breathtaking lines in that song, and that's hwat matters. His one verse was simply amazing.

"I ain't afraid to die, I wanna see what's after this..."

"Oh God, forgive us ghetto bastards, we're human beings"

etc.

Also, the chorus was really nice too.
 
Not if that is people's opinion of the song. Although some people are unable to rate anything that's 2Pac very low, so it does appear strange. I think it wouldn't appear like that if the ratings were out of 10, 5 is a low number so people feel like if they rate something below 4, like a 3 or a 3.5, then it looks like they don't like it. Most people don't follow your suggestion of rating it out of 10 then dividing it by 2
 
this is how i see it

5 flawless. if you hear a blip that dont sound good, it goes 4.9
4.9 - 4.8 this shit should sound like da bomb
4.4 - 3.8 all good songs (most songs are rated here)
3.8 - 3.25 slightly sub-par
3.25 is average

here it gets hard
2.5 is a listenable song (i think)
