didnt TI write most of Bow Wows album.... how could you say hes better than pac..... if pac wanted to use more lyrical skills he could have but he was trying to bring a message, and at his fast pace he wrote from the heart.... bow wow doesnt even write his own stuff.... thats why in fifty years ppl will remember pac and not bow wow
