I attend university in NSW in Australia. I got in with my end of high school marks and chose the HECS option which is sort of like a loan from the government. They pay my fees and when I graduate and am earning money, I will have to pay them back. If you have the money you can pay this upfront and recieve a discount but it ranges from about $10000 to over $30000 depending on your course. I have a casual job (about 9 hours a week) but that doesn't earn me near enough to begin saving money for university costs.

Public universities are free here, and I go to one of the best private unis and it's not very expensive, 3000 pesos a year (about U$S1000 a year). I was hoping to save enough to study a year at england or the us, but $9000 too much
