Question About The Resurrection DVD

I looked, and perhaps I'm blind, but I couldn't find any discussion about this.

I just found the easter egg on the Tupac: Resurrection DVD (Special Collector's Edition) where it shows the car's clock changing from 4:02 to 4:03, while you hear Pac say "It's secrets that will come out and you'll find out for yourself and you'll know.. why I did it."

I've never heard this before either on this DVD or in any interviews. If anyone can point me in the direction of where it came from, or what interview, it'd be appreciated.

Yes, I'm new here. If this is one of the things that has been discussed at length before, I apologize. I'm not trying to get off on the wrong foot, just seeking a little clarity.
