Question about living conditions in you're country

No it's not like that. U see.. The main difference probably is that in Poland its much harder to achieve something n u have to work really hard to have money to live. In US u have to work hard too but u gain that extra cash n u may buy something extra every month or put that money in bank. So my point is that putting the same amount of energy into the same work gives u much mere in America. Thats why its more likely in Poland that ppl choose to rob someone than go to work coz its just easier. Plus as u sayd that America is the leading country. Salaries are leading too. I don't think that its a paradise or something but it's much better. Maybe moving to America won't change everything but it will make many things easier n may change many things. I know ill have many new problems but i think that livin in America is much better after all.
thoudsands of mexicans embrace this same notion every day... ...and their lives don't get a whole lot better in most cases.

to succeed in america, you don't just "work." you have to have a skill, innovation, or a link (via family, friends) to a career. people who just work will be hourly for the rest of their lives and will forever be pushing a car that's a decade old.

I would do some more research before you make a jump to America.. Your a young guy so you should definately think about such a big change. Do you have a degree or any type of education or skills? If you dont, check this... In NJ, minumum wage is i think is like 6.25 an hour... You will not get a apartment in NJ for NO LESS then $750-800 a month.. Ok, cool, now you need a car... what say nothing fancy... Car Insurance in NJ is INSANE!!! I pay $330 a month for my 2 year old Toyota Solara(i do got some points) and its only worth about 10,000.. Add in gas prices, food, utilities, other basic stuff:

$800 apartment
$200 car insurance (estimate, cuz your 17, and NJ hates new drivers and charges crazy premiums)
$120 gas
= $1120 a month and that dosnt include food, electricity, etc

You wouldnt even make that working fulltime.. Oh yea, not to mention that you have to pay taxes from your salary. Definately think it over if your planning to do that.

So mine predispositions are similar in Poland and USA but in America ill just get a bit more. Every change for better is good. Polish ppl often move to America n theyre happy there even if they aint makin thousands a week.

Very true. Luck and connections play a big role.

Damn but in Poland maybe ill affoard a car when ill be 30+
I know but living in Poland even if ill have a good work i could barely afford a small flat even without having a car. If u would live here u would know what i mean. Many ppl live in America n say it aint that good really coz theyre just used to live there. The higher living conditions are just one of many aspects in which living in America is much better

Theirs alot of Polish/Russian immigrants from my hometown and let me tell you something... Alot of them are miserable.. You can see it in their faces, and they work long work hours in mostly construction. Grant it, some do become successful.. They learn the trade and open up their own businesses, but thats 1 in 100.. I use to work with this Czech guy at my old job.. Didnt speak great english but 1 of the coolest guys ever... He had a 4 year degree in accounting and you know what? Last time I heard he was working the overnight shift at Kohls (A department store) making maybe $10 a hour max. He knows nobody, has no family here and he would always complain about how he shoulda just stayed in Czech... Look before you leap.

alright but with the same possibilities its better to live in America.
Plus Polish education system is reaaaly on high level. After studies it shouldnt be hard to get that 1200$ a week.

In Poland its good to have 2$ per hour. I agree that there are many ppl that doesnt speak english, don't have anybody in US, move there by themselves n aren't educated n think that moving there will make theyre lifes beautyful. Plus if you would live where i live u would know what i mean.

So would that be good for me that after studies i would move to Canada? I dont expect living in a villa or having a car n shit. I would just like to have cash to eat, live even in low standards flat, n save that extra 100-200$ a month.

my friend's family (inc. her father) lives in Chacago n everytime she calls them they dont even wnna talk in Polish. They dont wanna be recognized as Polish coz they say that Poland is really fucked up n they would never come back here. Most of people ive heard of moved to America n did the same. I personally would like to live in Canada coz since i was a child i was impressed bout this country. Its beautiful n really people out there are happy bout theyre lifes. Even if i wont live on the average level out there i would be happy that i moved there n fullfilled my dream. N even if i wouldn't be too happy out there it would be surely beetter then in Poland which makes me really depressed. N im just 17 so its something wrong bout that. I should be born in Canada :thumb:
Plus if someone hates his country, language, ppl surrounding him n everything, leaving that country is a good soluton :thumb:

well i always walk with my psp listening to music and i havent gotten robbed yet. however, ive gotten robbed for my ghettoblaster once when i was like 12. i chased them down until they dropped it landing near my foot. its safe overall though, but like it was previously mentioned, it can differ throughout the streets

How do you plan to move to the US? It's not a mere plane ticket away. For me, as an immigrant, the process took more than 2 years to get here.

Sweden is pretty safe, so is Finland. On the other hand, I've never been mugged no matter where I've been and I've travelled a lot.

Montreal's a great city to live in. People are nice, alot of money goes through this city believe it or not, drinking age 18, great education to get here, very culturally diverse also. I noticed you live in Poland at the moment, well theres a pretty big Polish community here. The only thing is if you can withstand the fucking cold.

Man, it's like -30 D celcius here right now, last night it was -25, I swear I was sure my nuts became icecubes. :(
