I see no point in making new Tupac albums especially with the generic beats that Em makes. If it where produced by Timbaland or K.West it would've given 2pac a new dimension instead of just rehashing the same old beats for the same old songs.
Kevsta2004 said:He did it to get props from 2pac fans, guess his little plan backfired to certain degree or him making pac sound like shit makes people think 2pac is wack therefore giving him a larger fanbase either way.

bigmack said:it would have been wrong for dre to be involved in the project
i guess that's why em stated in rolling stone that he did it for free and in 3 days. i believe you over marshall because you have more posts than him.Tonio1986 said:Wow, there are still some ppl claiming that he did it for free. Man what a small horizon, nothin is for free.

The_Destroyer said:It would've been wrong to sign the greatest producer of all-time to produce the greatest rapper of all time's CD? What? I'm not getting why that would be wrong. Fuck the beef that they had, Dre's actually a competent producer...something that Eminem has never been and never will be. He's a genius and had he done the entire CD it'd be one of the best ever released under the 2Pac brand. EXPLAIN yourself newbies!
i disagree.bigmack said:newbies? lmao, speak for yourself.
you say fuck the beef, but you're just speaking for yourself.the beef means nothing to you anyways. its still disrespectful for dre to produce for pac.
if you were a rapper, and you had beef with a producer, then you died. do you think it would be appropriate for this person to produce an album for you? i think not. if you find nothing wrong with that then i feel sorry for you.

pac stated several times that he admired dre as a pioneer who established the foundation for west coast rap. pac's beef with dre had more to do with pac being suge's puppet than with any direct beef between the two. suge is a manipulator, and when death row was big, if you crossed suge then everyone was going to get on your ass.
if dre comes with something good, i'd rather see someone who is revered for his production work than some wannabe producer who has the same song (but with different instruments) 13 times on a cd.
bigmack said:But are you saying pac never would have had beef with dre if it wasnt for suge? Because I don't see it that way.
Pac clearly stated why he had the beef. You know what happened at the Snoop trial. So I don't see how suge could have put this in pac's head when clearly it makes sense for pac to lose respect for dre as a person without anyone else's opinion(suge).
I also heard something about dre claiming he made a beat when it was daz's beat and pac also got mad at dre. This could have also contributed to the situation. I'm not sure how true this is.

...and just as many disagree that pac and nas deaded the beef. nas backed off, that doesn't instantly mean they're best pals now.DeeezNuuuts83 said:Jay-Z was never on any official releases with Pac, the closest thing was his sampling of "Me & My Girlfriend" for his "03 Bonnie & Clyde" and then people mixed the two songs. And regarding Nas, there are a few rappers close to Pac who were there the night Pac and Nas confronted each other and squashed their beef after the 1996 MTV VMAs.
