Because it's more of a factual statement, rather than an opinion. It said he fired shots at the ceiling before shooting Proof. It doesn't get more straight to the point than that.

Then again, Proof isn't alive to tell his side of the story, so of course he's gonna be made out to be the enemy. I'm not saying he wasn't, but we'll never know what happened that day, so R.I.P. to both of them and stop jumping to conclusions.
