The following is my prediction, and opinion(s) for the next 2006 2Pac album release. This information should not be considered as real information, since it is only my prediction, and my thought on what will happen on the next 2Pac 2006 album. From all of what I've noticed with Amaru/Interscope, there is a pattern which started slowly with "Still I Rise" album until now. I hope you can comment on this, and let me know what you think. If I'm wrong on some information, please correct me as well. Thanks.
Predicted Tracklist of 2006 2Pac Album (not in any order):
- Im guessing it will be a double disc album since it's 2Pac's 10 year anniversary, and plus we havn't had a double disc since 2002.
- Producers which would be fit for this album (Johnny J (which is already on this project, DJ Quik, QD3, Suge Knight should have some involvment in this as well, I also think other people that knew 2Pac should be involved with this album since it is his 10 Year anniversary.)
01 Intro - (A New intro created for this CD)
02 What's Next - (Original Instrumental might be re created just like the song "Where Do We Go From Here" on our RUSD, or might be remixed, which what im guessing will happen because the sample was already used once on RUSD.)
03 Grab The Mic - (The sample hasnt been used yet, but correct me if im wrong. The Original Instrumental might be remade to sound modern, ex. "Fuckin With The Wrong N*gga" OG, was made to sound modern for "Until The End of Time Album", but still used the original instrumental. Or, could be remixed with a totally different instrumental, but left alone since its one of 2Pac's Solo songs.)
04 Don't Stop The Music - (Since we know of the Amaru Acapella of this song, and it is available, im sure we will not get the original version of this song, and it will be remixed with the Amaru Acapella)
05 Fade Me - (Since the sample hasnt been used, but correct me if I'm wrong. I think the Instrumental might be remade to be suited to fit this time of age; ex. "Letter to the President" OG, was made to sound modern on the "Still I Rise Album". So maybe they wil do that, or it will be remixed with a different instrumental to sound modern. Maybe with even a few different outlaw verses.)
06 Komradz - (It's been Produced by Johnny J, and the Amaru Acapella is available. It's also been said that it was ment for UTEOT, but didn't make the cut. Correct me if im wrong. So we will not get the Original, but will get the Amaru Remix of this song; which is my guess.)
07 Trials & Tribulations - (Since the instrumental was used on E-40's Album, on the song called "Rules & Regulations", it will most likely be remixed. And again, correct me if im wrong.)
08 Don't Call Me, Bitch - (I'm hoping we would get the version with Val Young included in it, but if not, I'm guessing it will be remixed, if put on the album.)
09 Don't Sleep - (Will be an Amaru Remix, im guessing. Produced by Johnny J hopefully, since the OG might be too outdated to use, instrumental wise. And then after that we will hear the "Nutty Remix" of the song "Don't Sleep" on his album because he intends to put it out on his album as well. So, that will be good as well, but who knows when that will be put out. Hopefully shortly after the 2006 2Pac release.)
10 Can't Turn Back - (One of the songs like "One Day at a Time" which had spice 1 cut off and remixed, so I'm also guessing this will be remixed with a different instrumental, and with guest artist(s). Supposedly, The Outlawz, Thug Life members, or even has enough verse(s) and hooks to be a Pac Solo Track. eg. Intro, First Verse, Hook, Second Verse, Hook, then have the hook playing through the backround while 2Pac finishes the Outro . That's how I would do mix it up!)
11 House of Pain - (This track also hasnt been used too much in 2Pac's album(s), and my assumption is that it might be remixed with Biggie, Stretch will be taken off, im sure (since most of the time they did), and The Outlawz or Thug Life member(s) will be mixed in or another guest artist to acompany 2Pac and/or Biggie.
12 Play You're Cards Right (Kci & JoJo Version) - (I think this song might be kept in original form, maybe a few changes to it (a few different outlaw verses maybe), but it seems well enough to be kept alone.)
13 Play You're Cards Right (Jewell version) - (I got the idea of Amaru doing 2 differnt Remixes of the 2 different versions of this song because in the past on UTEOT, they had done this to the song "Thug N U Thug N Me" with Kci & JoJo, this would also be a good filler to the album as well, and im sure we would all appreciate this too!)
14 Champagine - (I think it was produced by Dr. Dre, wasnt it? Was ment for AEOM but didn't make the cut. Well im sure it will be remixed to a new instrumental to fit the song, but who knows, we might get to hear the original version on it, if they decide to keep it.)
15 I'd Rather Be You're Lover - (This song hasnt been at all remixed before (I don't think), but since it has 2Pac on the hooks and on the outro of the song, which has one 2Pac verse with Madonna, it could be remixed and have other Outlaw or Thug Life member verse(s) added to it with a different instrumental. This song has potential, and I think it wouldn't be a bad idea if that was remixed to sound more modern. Another one of 2Pac's tracks which hasnt been paid that much attention to recently.)
16 My Dyin Day - (A friend told me it was produced by Stretch, so I will take his word for it since he knows alot about Live Squad. I do not think the sample was used before, but even if it has, who knows if we will see the daylight of this song in original material unless someone leaks it which is a fat chance (lol..). So im guessing it will be remixed. I can picture it now, My Dyin Day over the Hail Mary Nu Mixx Klazzics Beat...haha..jk lol..
17 Road To Glory - (Maybe this track will be kept in original form, it doesnt sound like an "Old School" beat, might be a solo or added verse of Outlaw or Thug Life members, is my guess. Or, it could be remixed which is fine i guess, cause we know Johnny J is working on the album, so with his production in mind, I think he will give other producers on this album the right guidance, if he be not the only one who's producing this track.)
18 Don't Go 2 Sleep - (Well this song is kinda played out, but I still Love it! It's already been remixed by Daz, we have all heard the OG (well those who keep track with what's leaked), and I hope the Original is put out! If it is remixed, it doesnt matter since we all have heard the original, but i kept in mind that Johnny J said that some songs you can't change the instrumental to because thats the way 2Pac intended it, and that you can't have 2Pac rapping a song about death and about his life, and have a country beat to it beacuse that is not 2Pac's style. You need a beat to fit the song of 2Pac's style. And Em's Production wasn't that great. Im sure you can all agree with me.)
19 Blunt Tyme - (Produced by Dr. Dre, but since the same instrumental was used and with someone else rapping over the song for a Dre album, I think we might get a remix of this song. But who knows.)
20 Ghetto Gospel (2Pac Solo) - (I know this was released on Loyal 2 The Game, but that was a totally different take acapella. So if they just remade the Original Instrumental to make it sound more modern, (eg. "Fuckin With The Wrong N*gga" OG on UTEOT), that would be a good filler and a good track as well. But this is just my opinion.)
21 Pac's Life - (Well some have said there are more verse(s) of this song which we havnt heard. But when I hear the bootlegged version of this song, it reminds me of the song "Catchin Feelins". If you all heard the OG of "Catchin Feelins", and then heard the "Better Dayz" Version, It was remixed and had Outlaw verses. I think that Pac's Life has the potential to be an even better song, and should be remixed and have Outlaw verses, if not left a solo song.)
22 Soon As I Get Home - (A Makaveli track, as QD3 said on an interview, I think if not left in original form (which is not likely), will be remixed to a different instrumental somewhat of the same, but a more modern and current flavour added to it.)
23 Toungue Kissin - (The sample has been used already, but weather we get this in original form or not, we have heard it, I wouldnt mind a remix either. But if the do keep the original, They might remake the beat to make it sound more modern. (eg. "Better Dayz" OG), and have a singer in the backround, an example of that are the songs "Bury Me A G" or "Better Dayz" Retail version. Maybe add Jon B to this track, and who knows, maybe he will be kind about letting this sample being used again.)
24 A "Filler" Track - (A Remix of another track on this album, or from a song which 2Pac did before, but remixed, "Nu Mixx Klazzic" Style! (I hope not).
25 Just Watchin - (This track might be remixed, and have DPG taken off, or same original instrumental but with a few minor changes, Charlie Wilson left on chorus (would be nice, or a different singer), and Outlaw & Thug Life Verses. But since it is 2Pac's 10 Year anniversary, they might leave them on cause I guess this is kinda a tribute to 2Pac since he is dead, right?)
26 Outro - (An outro should be made for the album, or if not, maybe a tribute, since it is 2Pac's 10 year anniversary, or another 2Pac track instead, who knows. ex. Pennitentiary Bound would be good for this.)
