Alright, to start off, we have this thread by Devious187, where he tells that he has feelings for someone who he met online that lives in America. Devious187 lives in Canada.

When asked if this person is from TB, of course, Devious187 said no. He was lying. He claims he met her on another site, but you wouldn't tell the truth if you were in his shoes either. That's because this oh so dreamy girl Devious187 speaks of is Beautiful Angel.

How do I know this? Well, here:

Look at his shout to Beautiful Angel. He says that she "hates him now". In my years of being on the internet, I have found that it is very difficult to get someone to hate you just for saying stuff to them over an instant message client, so they must be pretty "close" right?

Anyway, so these pathetic humans fell in love online, Devious187 went to America, they had no connection, Beautiful Angel ended up mad at him, and it's back to Canada to continue with his sad life.

I think the only person thats pathetic is you for judging someone for taking a chance in his life, even if it backfired and bit him on the ass. Seriously at 16, you believe to know alot but in retrospect you have so much more to learn.

I don't see what my age has to do with anything. I'm sure other people - your age and older - will agree with me. Unless this thread backfires because I don't have "OG" under my username.

The people involved were not only dumb enough to do this, but dumb enough to make it so obvious. If they didn't wanna be laughed at (because its bound to happen), they should've kept their emotions to AIM/MSN.

No age has nothing to do with it I agree, but by the way you replied you did nothing but solidify my point. So now it's custom for people to keep their emotions to AIM/MSN? That's it? If so, if that's how you believe they should have done it then sorry buddy but like I stated you have alot more to learn.

Why should they hide their emotions? Why should they care what you think of their situation? Dumb is laughing at people for taking such a big rish and chance in life, not the other way around. If anything Devious has gained my respect for going into such extremeties over what he believed to be right. I'm not saying it is right, but he had the balls to venture into the unknown to follow his heart.

It's so EASY to sit back and laugh, post a thread up on here and believe you are right and that they are dumb.

But then again, it's so easy for me to sit back and laugh and reply to a thread and believe you are wrong and that you are dumb.

So what if people laugh at them? Are people that bored with their own insignificance that that's what they have to resort to? Laughing at someone who took a chance in his life? Man fuck that and fuck anyone who thinks like ya.

perhaps, but did either of them really think that they found their e-harmony soulmate? and if so, what pray tell, in holy fuck would they do about it? cyber until one saved the money to move? come on, that's just not realistic.

this is funny. yeah it's a little unfunny because it's someone wearing their heart on their sleeve, but jesus, sometimes you gotta unplug from the internet and try to meet people the old fashioned way - OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.

Maybe he does meet people outside but Beautiful Angel, mentally, was everything he wanted in a girl. You don't know him do you? I don't know him either, I could be way off and look like an idiot at the end of this for defending his motives and moves. But I'd rather support someone who went to all that trouble then support someone who talks alot of shit here and for all we know has never even been kissed by a girl. (No im not talking about you).

As for you though, well, it's like calling a homo a homo. All he'll do is agree and smile.

i'm not making fun, but i definitely have an opinion. i think diaz did this very tactfully. he never called him nasty names, and when someone brings all this baggage to the board we have every right to comment on it within board rules.

i for one don't play that lovey dovey p.c. internet stuff, so i will freely admit that i thought that it was hilarious that someone got a passport and spent a nice chunk just to hook up with someone because they had good aim. i have good aim with puffincocks but i don't want to fist him more than the next guy. after i close a window i do have local friends, bars, libraries, clubs, classes, parks, and even stripclubs to satisfy my need for belonging if i am oh so downtrodden.
 
^she was already going out with someone at that time if i remember correctly and she's still with the guy. devious had no chances.
