I always assumed that his guest appearences were below average with regards to the quality of his lyrics due to his lack of control over the song. Jeaslous got me strapped was pretty bland to me. Tight beat, but his part was boring. Same thing with dusted and disgusted.

I'm sure he put effort into the song but I personally think "16 On Deathrow" is one of Pac's worst songs. It's a deep song but hearing shit like "My uncle used to touch me" and "You could hear his asshole getting torn" just makes me wanna turn it off immediately.

I agree dust n disgusted not a great effort on pac's part. But I don't think E-40 is untalented, especially compared to what is out today. Have you checked out Mail Man? Dope album.

I never look for punchlines in Pac's music, and I didn't even mind Jealous Got Me Strapped, its not a bad song.
