yeah, i have never tried driving stick, and i think i'd prolly suck at it and end up crashing...too many things going on at once....does that make me a woman???

Like all diesel, the clutch was very forgiving. Picked up quick, had a long gripping point. Then after that i had to learn my dad's old Saab, and those things are notorious for their tricky clutches. Takes ages for the gripping point to come up, and its gone within an eyeblink. I stalled like 5 times before i even got the thing moving lol. But after 4 trips you've learned how it works and it all adds to the fun. Trying your hand at matching downshift revs to smooth things up, double declutching, heel and toe (ridiculously hard in said Saab because of the pedal positions, lol. its possible when you do toe and heel instead of heel and toe (Deeez will get me)).
