i'm buying these parts to build a new computer and i was wondering what people think. i'm not in the loop so much any more but i'm wondering if this shit would last me a while.

kingston ddr3 hyperx 4gb 1600mhz
asus geforce 8800gt 1gb gddr3 600mhz
asus p5kc motherboard that can handle the stuff above
i won't be using it much for games, but a little bit, which is why i'm getting a new graphics card as well. nothing too flashy though.
