It happened some time after the memorial website put up after his father's passing got invaded by trolls. In my head, that would probably lead to some kind of realization that these two worlds need separation. I know his stuff did in fact get sold off, I remember people talking about buying some of the stuff. But I guess he probably kept his rips, and probably still keeps tabs on new stuff that keeps coming out.

The shock interview would be really useful for your timeline as we talked about every album track that he worked on. Including the studio process. I don't remember a lot off the top of my head, but we spoke at length about So Many Tears because it's my favourite. And he said that 2pac made him remove a guitar that was playing all through it. He didn't want to but finally conceded. He said on reflection the version that was released is much better. Shock was a really cool down to earth guy. He even added me on Facebook and LinkedIn
