Old HitEmUp.com interviews

Or that's what he wants you to think and posts in the scene as a completely different name...
It happened some time after the memorial website put up after his father's passing got invaded by trolls. In my head, that would probably lead to some kind of realization that these two worlds need separation. Maybe his wife gave him an ultimatum :p I know his stuff did in fact get sold off, I remember people talking about buying some of the stuff. But I guess he probably kept his rips, and probably still keeps tabs on new stuff that keeps coming out. :p

Dante was lucky to get his hands on a lot of good stuff way before it leaked. Also he was a big douche about it. But I don't recall him having much that hasn't already leaked at this point.

Maybe you can purchase the interviews with TupacCoin.

@Rukas I dunno if this went on ice, I can no longer access the hitemup.com website. It loads in the old background color for a second then goes to an ad site. Would you consider sharing the whole hitemup.com interview folder? I know there were more you planned to post, but I also understand that it's maybe a lot of work to sift through all of that stuff. I'm very interested in the material, however it's presented, even a huge folder with unnamed and unsorted .txt files would be huge.

There's a little resurgence in the 2Pac world where some bright young minds are putting together notes from 2Pac's notebooks, dates and names from pictures of master reels and DATs, and putting it all together into complex "timelines". All that old information would be super valuable right now. Check this blog out for example:

Also, @Pittsey you have an old Shock G unreleased interview. Can I, like, buy it from you lol? I'll pay you $200 if it means you can be fucked digging it up and sending it. Whatever format, unprocessed, you don't have to do any work. I just wanna hear it :P

Digging in the crates.
Also, Jon, I was unable to tag you and I have you on FB but wanted to try here first. See: previous part of this post. <3

I don't have the recording any more. I just have it printed out. I don't even have the word copy. I need to type it all up

The shock interview would be really useful for your timeline as we talked about every album track that he worked on. Including the studio process. I don't remember a lot off the top of my head, but we spoke at length about So Many Tears because it's my favourite. And he said that 2pac made him remove a guitar that was playing all through it. He didn't want to but finally conceded. He said on reflection the version that was released is much better. Shock was a really cool down to earth guy. He even added me on Facebook and LinkedIn
