No offence to nas but this whole world is mine

Nope not at all man. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the Nas song "The World is Yours".

No cookies, it clearly isn't a diss otherwise he wouldn't have said "no offense." Pac didn't diss people in some round about punk way through metaphors etc. When he attacked someone he went straight for them and left out all diplomacies.

Yeah im sittin here sayin hell u can find some other lines where he disses Nas point blank lol, that came later

Perhaps it's a confirmation that they squashed the beef, if this song was recorded after that.
I highly doubt this song was recorded in the last three days of Pac's life. However, I think that the song was recorded before they had their bullshit beef over "The Message."

'fuck you, youre broke' and 'no offense, this world is Mine' are different, lol
wasnt the shit with the line of this thread, wasnt that after the house of blues concert? that night. so early july.. Pac was dissin Nas in the Makaveli sessions & at the VMAs before meetin up with him

anyway-when did the Nas drop that year? some point in the summer right?

"Ain't no nigga like me, fuck Jay-Z."
In case you're not aware, one of the singles from Reasonable Doubt was called "Ain't No Nigga." The only big difference between these two clever lines is that he said "No offense to Nas."

Incasee you're not aware, he clearly says, and I quote, "FUCK JAY-Z!" lol

I think you could take the lyrics as proof that he recorded the track/vocals before It Was Written and then started attacking Nas afterwards. The way he was going after Nas during the last few months, it's hard to imagine he'd do a verse where he goes out of his way to say he's not dissing him.

You said Pac didn't diss people using metaphors, etc. He used a metaphor to diss Jay-Z the same way you seem to think he DIDN'T diss Nas. I don't see much of a difference between "Ain't no nigga like me" toward Jay-Z and "This whole fuckin' world is mine" toward Nas.

But in this case, the "ain't no nigga like me" line isn't the diss. He straightup shouts "Fuck Jay-Z." That's not a metaphorical diss.
