Since I'm not a big fan of teenie magazines I usually don't buy 'em, but my lil sister bought me one. But to my surprise it wasn't that childish as I assumed 
I thought I'd share a nice little story (in fact 2 facts I didn't know before) that was published in the recent issue of the German magazine "Bravo Hip Hop special" since not everybody got the chance to read this ...
There was a huge dedication to our big homie Pac but the story I'm going to share wasn't on those pages.
They interviewed Snoop about his lifestyle on some further pages and as always a question about Pac comes up (his relationship blablabla...) and there was this lil info I didn't know yet, maybe it's old to some hardcore Pac fans as Dante, but here ya go (I translated that article in English as good as I could, so dont hate on me if any mistakes occur, it still took me some time..):

BRAVO: So is it true your homie 2Pac saved your relationship to your baby's mama Shanty?
Snoop: That's right. If there wasn't 2Pac I'd probably never had married my wife Shanty. That was way back in 1996 just shortly before his tragic death. At this point of time I was very succesful and all of my buddies kept telling me to "abuse" my succes to get some nice ass... But 2Pac was the one who changed my mind. He told me to be grateful for having such a nice woman who's caring for me and I can trust, who's not a bitch....And he was right...
BRAVO: You were good friends, right?!
Snoop: 2Pac was there for me when I was down, after my trial of murder case (->and Snoopy was not sentenced to prison). I can remember how he gave me a hug and told me :"Tonight we're going to party!" . So we went off to a restaurant and we ate, we were drinking, we were smoking and just had some fun. The next day we (Pac+Snoop+Suge) flew over to the ocean of Belize, South America.
BRAVO: So it was like a vacation for relexation ...
Snoop: Yeah, so it was planned. But for real me and Pac would've almost lost our lives there...
BRAVO: How's that? What happened ?
Snoop: Suge ,this crazy ass guy, hired a motor boat. Pac and me always wanted to do Paragliding. So we hang with our parachutes connected to Suges boat and he accelerated to the max. We rose to the sky until he extremely slowed down the engine of the boat and we sank deeper and deeper. Finally we "landed" into the deep dark seas and we got tangled up in the ropes so we almost got drowned... Unbelievable...
BRAVO: Just a few months later 2Pac really died....
Snoop: Yes. Tragic sort of story. And again Suge was there.... " ....
The interview continues after that but I thought it was interesting that Pac saved Snoop's relationship to his later wife and that they made a trip to the beach of Belize and they've almost lost their lives (maybe that trip was the base for the song "Just watchin'...) ...Never knew that before...
