Non-Urban Music Need help with spanish melody played with guitar

#1
i need your help, i got this melody stuck in my head, but don't know who is it played by or how is it called. it's very melancholic tune, kind of sad don't know why but it makes me guess that it came from spain (i remember first heard it years ago in spain ;) ) or similar countries. very often you can hear it played by the street musicians in a lot of places.. i also remember couple of songs that the sample from this melody was used, but i don't remember them.. but it's fairly known melody.
could you please take your guesses so i could see if that's the same melody i'm talking about. so i could finally calm down lol

Maybe you're referring to Malagueña Salerosa, a traditional Mexican folk song. Antonio Banderas played it in either Desperado or Once Upon a Time in Mexico and Robert Rodriguez' band Chingon covered it for the Kill Bill 2 soundtrack.

That's the only song like that I know and is known outside of Mexico. If it's not you should get the Chingon version anyway, it's dope.

no, that's a different melody.
the one i'm looking is a lot slower and also sad. it's really well known and heard a lot of times, but don't know the name of it.

there are no lyrics, that's just the acoustic version. i mean, only melody, which can be heard sampled, or played by street musicians (never figured to ask them what are they playing). the melody is slow, doesn't sound sophisticated neither, but it's so catchy.
