It is not a bullet wound. It was a rash that appeared due to stress. The stress also made his hair full out.

When you have a long prison sentence hanging over your head, you tend to get stressed.

...and than suddenly it grew back on while he was in jail (see jail interview) and fell back off while he got out, right!

I don't think it totally fell out, probably started receding / thinning sooner than it should have, which is probably why he shaved it all off.

It was coming out in patches, so he shaved it off. In jail it wasn't as bad, but still there. Try supporting the artist you like, buy "Tupac: Ressurection" the answers are there, from the people who knew him best.

I remmeber reading somewhere that the doctors didn't know he had a head wound until he told them he could feel a hole in the back of his head.

I always thought that the bullet wound killed the nervecells that made hair grow..and he didnt want to have hair on top but not on back so he kept it shaved.
