Joe Louis still had the speed and power.

I cant really knock anything marciano done! a lot of people say he never fought young black heavyweights, i dont know there names though, but i've herd it said! He did beat ezzard charles, jersey joe walcott an louis though, so he was doing something right.

Tyson is the most overrated boxer in history.

Guy knocked out no names for so many years.

Ya, he knocked em out fast and made it look easy but WHO THE FUCK WHERE THEY?

Ali would have boxed the fuck outta him like he did Foreman who was meaner and badder than tyson.

i think yall are wrong about your assumptions of tyson losing to holyfield at any stage in their careers. a young tyson would've mutilated holyfield. if the two of them were to square off today, i think mike tyson would beat holyfield. holyfield doesn't even have a chin anymore, tyson could put him to sleep with the right punch.

i've heard several rumors concerning mike tyson. someone said that butterbean is going to challenge tyson, which would be an absolute joke fight. mike tyson would knock butterbean the fuck out. i watched butterbean fight on ESPN the other night. you could easily tell the fight was a dive. for 3 rounds butterbean didn't do anything but stand in the ring with his hands down, honestly, i think i could knock butterbean the fuck out - the dude is slow as time & can't fight for shit. tyson will KO him right now in 30 seconds, plus butterbean weighed in the fight at 380lbs, if he fights tyson at that weight, he'll get crushed because he's so fat he can't move!

Get real he's already whipped him twice! what more does he have to prove  they squared of twice an people are still trying to say tyson was better. :D

Another thing, tyson was'nt a shot fighter when he fought holyfield in 96! he was only 29! He was'nt as good as he was, just like holyfield was'nt as good as he was, but he was far from shot!

Tyson would have mutilated holyfield :D yeah right, you are talking like holyfields a soft touch! :D nobody stopped holyfield till he was well into his thirties! holyfield is one of the greatest fighters who ever lived! his legacy proves that!

Who has tyson lost his last few fights to? No Names.

He's totally washed up. He could still smoke butterbean though. He's not even a real boxer.

At least Ali late in his career lost to a young Larry Holmes. But that was when his disease was startin to kick in.

99 percent of you on this board dont remember tyson in his prime anyway so none of you can speak on it. im 23 and i barely remember but i remember enough to know that the man would have swallowed foreman, holyfield, or anyone else for that matter until he got himself into trouble. the man was a killing machine

How can you say none of us can't say stuff about tyson cause we haven't seen him? But you haven't seen Foreman (according to your age) and you say Tyson could beat him.

Foreman was just like Tyson. One mean motherfucker who hit like a truck. The only difference is Foreman boxed when boxin was at it's peak. Tyson knocked out bums.

Come on now, Tyson couldn't beat anyone with real skill back in the day. Like everyone's been saying, he fought bums. When he had his first real fight against a fighter with skill (Buster Douglas) He got KO'd. All you would have to do to beat Tyson is avoid him. If he hits you, you'll more than likely go down, but a fighter with good speed could just avoid his punches and wait till he got tired. He never trained for stamina, that's why he lost almost every fight that went longer than 3 rounds. Holyfield would have killed him in his prime.

Well thats a dumb comment!,, Does that mean the young peeps dont know anything about ali? even though they might have study'd all his fights, even the olympics?

An what the fuck would you remember about tyson in !988? you we're 5 years old! :D the heavyweight division in the eighties was diar! and yes im old enough to remember it clearly!

If you wanna say tyson could have beaten jersey joe wallcott, joe louis, ali, jack dempsey,or any other old fighters then fine thats your opinion, but dont try and convince people that tyson is a better fighter than people who beat him with relative ease.

Do you think tyson was washed up when holyfield fought him? Cuz he was far from washed up! he was still a very good fighter in 96.
