Just thought there should be a thread about this one. I'll start off with this video below which demonstrates a rapid boot time. However, if I was to be critical, I'd say that this is a brand new laptop which has nothing but the OS installed on it, and is a high-end device.

not particularly a big fan of the tiled appearance unless its for a portable device. im hoping that the appearance can be reverted to match windows 7.
