Beautiful words. Rukas may lean towards this or that, but he's shown his openmindedness about whatever may happen. If Michael's guilty, we'll see. If not, we'll see. The point is that an article was posted that used one perspective, and everyone hung onto those words. Man, are you guys really that stupid...to believe everything you read? Oh, I feel bad for people that will not analyze other people's words and study things carefully.

The greatest fallacy in law is to be over-confident. Not one sane and wise law expert will tell you to be over-confident, because you never know when it hits you in the face. You guys should spend an hour of your time watching something like Court TV, and you'd see that the majority is not always right, espechialy in court cases.

Compare that to the number of average people that overdose on cocaine, and those that commit suicide. You will see that the percentage in the general population greatly exceeds the percentage in celebrities that engage in these things you listed. Do your research before you qualify yourself as an expert on any matter.

Why is it so hard to believe he's innocent? From your words, one can deduce that you have absolutely no background in law. When you get to college, consider taking some law classes. Gaining knowledge in law and criminology will give you another perspective, and the meaning of innocence and guilt.
It's more of the fact that these fans continue to be blinded by the celebrities, by thinking that celebrities are these saints that never do these crazy things.
What do the fans have to do with Michael Jackson? You've judged a person by what his fans have done? You seriously need to reconsider your position on Michael Jackson because you've just blown away all your pitiful reasons for disliking him. If you dislike him, do it for the right reasons, and not because its "cool" to do so.
I am a fan, and I don't think he's a saint. I know tons of other fans that don't think he's a saint. Why couldn't you have kept your tongue to yourself before concluding that his fans consider him a saint?
OJ was proven innocent. Do you believe he was?
The question is: do you believe in the United States legal system? Do you believe it carries any merit? Answer yourself that question, and then go back to OJ. After OJ, think of Michael. If you don't believe in the system, forget the system, the media, and the US constitution. For the record, I do believe he is "not guilty," and therefore innocent, because if you're other than guilty, you have the legal status of "innocent." After all, aren't all people innocent till proven guilty? I believe he's innocent, because there's not enough evidence to prove him guilty.
