well yeah. i get what you mean. you're a very general speaker lol. it's no thing. i hate most drunk people lol. i'll admit that it's partially just blind hate. i don't act on it or anything or even let it affect me, but i do want to tell people they suck simply because they are drunk some times

understand where i'm coming from too though. the arguments you raised are things that i get thrown at me at least weekly. they are are all relevant questions that i am confronted with every now and again. it's actually pissing me off and makes me want to twist necks some times. so basically, being that i smoke weed every day, and still feel like i am a good and honest guy who puts in his share, i hate the booth that me and a few of my fellow stoners who are actually cool people who pay their bills in time get put in. it's wrong to think of it as there being straight people, stoners and then drug addicts. instead, try and think of it as there being a bunch of people, some better than others. i would almost dare say it's by mere chance that a person starts doing drugs. the person could easily instead have become a stalker, a superduper computer nerd, or anything else that's really obsessive and puts you in "a different world". if someone is trying to escape reality, they will find one way or another. the drug is just one means of doing that, and by mere cosmic chance, drugs happen to really fuck you up. i think it's wrong to think that a drug-addict is like you, only a drug-addict to add to it, and that being a drug-addict makes him useless. the fact that he is a useless person made him a drug addict.

anyway those are just my thoughts on the matter. can't expect you to agree with them.

I really feel that I don't get paranoid when I'm high. I've trained my brain into a sort of "Alert Mode" when I start thinking negative things, I just tell myself that i'm just paranoid cos I'm high and forget about it. When i'm drunk I start thinking about sex, then I end up thinking about stopping myself from being sick and going to sleep.

lol. that's great. in the more recent years i have learned a good portion of my relatives were stoners, so i guess we just come from very different but at the same time very similar places

i like alcohol but in moderate amounts. and i don't favor the whole trend of getting drunk and going out. once in a while it's fun but it shouldn't be like that every damn time, it gets so damn boring.

my parents didn't actually smoke but a couple of my uncles did for a couple of decades, and i have lots of cousins who do it.

For me, personally, I think there's a time for both.

In a party setting, alcohol is key because it gives me energy, boosts confidence, and gives me an overall sense of well-being.

I prefer weed when I'm with a couple of friends and we have nothing specific to do, so weed helps erase boredom. I also prefer smoking weed when listening to music and watching movies. I dislike being high when in school because my mind operates in a mathematical way, it organizes things linearly. Weed disrupts that.


As for you hizzle, I wonder how many times you smoked. The giggly factor is gone after about 5 times of smoking weed. As for big time stoners, they shouldn't really annoy you because they're normal. My friend has been high pretty much the last 6 years straight. He needs it to function daily, and the only reason he annoys me sometimes is because he's too laid back in certain situations.

Well, whenever I drink...I MUST have a spliff, but when I'm smoking a spliff, I don't really need a drink. I've been smoking pot everyday for the past 5 years (started smoking it waaay before that though), and I can't really see how I'd ever live without it. Alcohol is fun, but I'd choose marijuana over alcohol any day.

Weed here in Quebec City is one of the strongers in North America, Its incredibly harsh on your throat. I was thinking that its because of that that I dislike it.

I always thought strong weed had very little waste, meaning the THC content is very high. You're burning less crap and smoking less. I suggest a water bong, or even a vaporizer.
