Thats not true, listen to his interviews, he goes on and on about how pac is this and that, i never once heard him actually say pac is dead. I do remember him saying, that thugs dont die, he was talking about pac at that time, this is also in connection with niggas done changed, about how pac said thugs dont die, they just go down in spirit and rise up and shocked niggas or something like that.
