It's always been talked about (before LastOnesLeft OG leaked) that Kadafi was on the original. Not only does Pac say his name in his verse ("signal Kadafi nigga watch me wit the chrome nine") but he's also credited on the copyright. (Found here: http://www.ascap.com/ace/search.cfm?requesttimeout=300) And everyone knows that all the "Free 2Pac" bootleg songs were altered one way or another.

So my question is, was Kadafi cut off of the leaked OG? Or am I totally off?

Well the beat was basically unfinished, Johnny J finally finished it up when it was released. You can still here small variations in it, like the guitar at the beginning, and right before Napo's verse where the drums stop.

It was rumored that Kadafi and Storm were on the OG. This is not true As far as I know of. Even though Kadafi is in the credits, it probably means that he had some involvment with writing one of the verses (Probably for either EDI or Napolean).
