I'm not gonna bother convincing you but there is ALWAYS a victim, even in the example you gave.
If you don't agree with homosexuality, there is no need to attack people. Just because you think it's unethical what they do, doesn't give you the right to judge them and in turn act in an unethical insulting manner.
