StarCraft fans will soon be able to experience "wings of liberty" in a unique way. Blizzard Entertainment announced today a partnership with Korean Air to promote StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty on two of Korean Air's airplanes.

If you're flying to or from Korea between July and December, there's a chance you'll do so on an aircraft with Terran hero Jim Raynor as your wing man. Using special films and paint, Raynor's image and the Starcraft II logo will be emblazoned on a B747-400 and a B737-900. In addition, four Korean Air limousine buses will also be wrapped in StarCraft II character images.

"We're pleased to be partnering with Korean Air, Korea's leading airline, on this campaign," said Paul Sams, chief operating officer of Blizzard Entertainment. "As we approach the global launch of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, this promotion represents a unique, large-scale opportunity to introduce the characters and style of the StarCraft universe to gamers throughout the world."

Yong-won Suh, executive VP of Korean Air, said the promotion would help the airline market itself to youths in the StarCraft-crazed nation. "eSports is an established part of youth culture all around the world," Suh said. "We look forward to positioning ourselves as a global airline that appeals to the younger generation by operating airplanes wrapped with StarCraft II images and celebrating the launch of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty."

The planes bearing the logos will fly domestic flights in Korea and international flights to the U.S. and Europe. StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is set to launch worldwide on July 27.

Fucking Koreans man lol. They live for this shit. Reminds me of the time that kid died in the internet cafe from exhaustion - he had played for 48 hrs straight and just collapsed. lol

On another note - I can't wait for it to come out also :D

You're gonna be one of those guys that had a bucket to shit and piss next to them as they play.

The only game I've ever come close to being like that with, was Shenmue and Shenmue 2. I literally stockpiled food in my room so I wouldn't have to leave except to piss. Best games ever!!!

^ Yeah I on the other hand stayed up late playing and then couldn't sleep thinking about these games lol It was an epic feeling though.
