According to Billboard.com, Keri Hilson’s solo debt album In a Perfect World… has been pushed back from December 9 to the first quarter of 2009.
The first single to lead the album, “Energy” was released earlier this year and was written and produced by The Runaways.
The track debuted at No. 78 on the Billboard 100 and No. 21 on the Hot R&B / Hip-Hop Songs Chart.
The music video for “Energy” premiered on MTV on July 14, 2008.
The album is set to feature production from Timbaland, Polow da Don, Roy “Royalty” Hamilton, Anthony M. and Danja, among others.
A release date for In a Perfect World… is yet to be announced.
