Kendrick Lamar and Dre

it's probably like a mix away, so go ahead and let the grown-ups work and go somewhere and play.

Is this aimed at me? If it is, no wonder discussion is dead. Is it like a double edged insult? 1. You imply that I am a child. 2. I make no mention of where you quoted the lyrics from, and you tell me I am only interested since he signed with Aftermath and that I am a Dre groupie, kind of like your death move..... If so, I am not playing your games. I don't get offended by people on a message board. And I don't feel like I have to pull out my hip-hop penis and say I have been a fan since so and so date. I am busy, I don't listen to a lot of music. Sorry.

Why would it be a mix? If it is, I would be very surprised considering it is supposed to be the lead single of the new album.

first time i hear of this.

Sirius stated it, and it was picked up on several hip-hop news sites. Funkmaster Flex started it. Seems it was a ploy to get the listening figures up though, or Dre changed his mind. Legitimate none the less. I was looking for it, and thought if anyone had it, you or Aron would. Next time I will PM you, as I fear Roaches creative obloquy.

Nah, I'm pretty straightforward when I'm insulting people on the safety of the Internet.

I wouldn't hold my breath for anything Dre-related, though.

I got my tickets to see Kendrick Lamar in Camden, London, UK in June. I need to provide some tracks to a friend who I have persuaded to come with. I am going to give him Secion 80, the track off Game's album, and this.... Anyone got "Turn it up" with Ab Soul? Or any other tracks that aren't too heavy...?

I have a Kendrick Lamar playlist on Spotify that you should check out. Most of the tracks aren't on it so you won't be able to play it but you can see the tracks and then hunt them down. It should be fairly easy. Every song that he performed in Seattle was pretty much on the playlist.

i don't think i want kendrick being influenced by dre. this track is...good. but you don't need dre for this. there were better songs on the kendrick lamar ep. but you know, world-wide exposure, marketing, ooga booga bla bla. also, safe to say, dre was more influenced by kendrick as roaches pointed out. but come on, the whole concept of i love cali woooo is sooo dre.

BITCH I DOO THIIIS

I think the whole signing of Kendrick Lamar is to give Dre and Aftermath a stay of execution. Their midas touch has stopped over the last few years.

dre can't innovate anymore. he's frightened. he thinks the new kids will be a source of inspiration.

It's down? I can't see shit.

and I agree, Dre is staying loowwwww because he's looking for someone that will bring that Eminem esque type thing, that'll have a totally different new sound.

Elmer Fudd said, Shoot em down

This 3 w's track is good but Cartoon & Cereal is still going to stay as my most played track
