so you guys would rather have teachers, police, and other city workers get paid less money or not have a chance of seeing bigger paychecks that they deserve, just to keep people that do not belong in a civilized society live a full life?

Police, teachers, whoever know what to expect when they go into college to get that education for being a teacher. They know what type of salary to expect, I really doubt they go to school that long so they can go make some money at schools. Maybe they do it because they want to make a positive impact in someones life, on second thought, why aren't we killing them then.

im not saying i totally agree with the death penalty. but what other options are there? stay in a over crowded prison the rest of their life? make the tax payers pay more taxes so we can build more prisons? take money away from people that deserve it so that rapist, murders, and all around animals can live a full life?

there are plenty of people that get pissed off when cities build these big ass stadiums. living in the saint louis area before the rams moved to town i heard a lot of complaints from tax payers about it. im just glad i lived across the river. im sure its still going on with the building of the new cardnials stadium.

the only people that say he is rehabilitated are his lawyers and people close to him. the people that work at the prison that work close to him say other wise. who has more to gain by making false statements?

I don't think it's a fair statement to say that you can't prove that he's been rehabilitated. It has always been that the only way you can prove that are by ones actions and their word. Many people have been released by just the convicts and lawyers words.

So Tookie being punished with life in prison isn't possible becasue we can't afford to support him. We kill him instead. Should we kill welfare people too. I mean they didn't kill nobody but they aren't spending life in prison either. no we should get rid of welfare, it was nice in theory but it has been abused and used in a wrong way by lazy people that do not want to work. if not get rid of it, then change it.

Please do not forget the fact that I know he did kill 4 people. But I could understand where you were coming from if he was trying to promote gang violence but he is doing the exact opposite. I mean, why, I'll give up money to spare him, he is doing a lot more than me. I could careless if he touches one or one million people, as long as his impact is positive. We should spare his life, let him suffer in prison, in prison, he has been seeing 23 hours of his cell each day, prison isnt a joke. That is suffering, but through all that suffering he does this. Being nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, from prison. Tupac is honored for selling a million records in prison but we can't spare this guys life and keep him in prison. Just sad to me.
