and so ok you say he is a liar YET he refuses to say he is sorry for the murders because he says he didnt commit them but alot of expert say if he would of just said he was sorry he would of probably been saved hell even arnold said that because he didnt say he was sorry he would not get spared

You know this based on the evidence provided in court. The witnesses who were in jail being told what to say for in return there sentences would be shortened. Those witnesses? Or maybe that the shotgun was his, since you can only kill people with your own gun and nothing else. Maybe it is the video evidence? But wait they don't have that, they said Tookie shot the camera, what does that have to do with the tape? For the time period he was tried in, it is more like point a finger and he is guilty, they have no evidence they have some bullshit accusations and they are killing him. But hey, he is the leader/creator of a gang looked down upon by society, why in the hell would we try to get rid of him.

you have never read the evidence or the court transcipts have you. you just proved you have never read up on the facts of this case. the shotgun was purchased legally. the woman who sold that to him testified in court to that. there were also other witnesses that testified in court against him that were not criminals. that were not in jail. regular law abiding citizens. there were witnesses passing by that placed him at the scenes of the crime.
