Truth be told, it is not Arnold's fault. Tookie took away 4 innocent lives. Hell if someone killed one of my family members I would want that perp to be killed as well. Eye for an eye. He writes books about his life, he writes them from his perspective. Any other information he has is no doubt because he tries to help other convicted gang members, and no doubt has contact with them. Is he responsible for the murders of those 4 people? Perhaps. Is he responsible for all the murders commited by the Crips? Certinally not.

Thats like saying George Washington is responsible for every war the US has fought it, or every killing a US soldier or even citizen has done.


Tookie put a name to something that already existed, and he did not force anyone else to join them. Its not like Tookie is in the streets looking for new members.

Regardless, he doesnt deserve the death penalty, he has been rehabilitated. The fact that a man who has been rehabilitated, and this is proven by his ACTIONS, is being put to death, goes to show that the US Justice system is not about justice, prison is not about rehabilitation, it is about revenge.

nobody or almost nobody wants him dead. i dont believe in death penalty. nobody deserves to be killed like that.

Before I turn in Tookie is being sent to the death peanlty for the actions that he made. It was not overturned because there was no new evidence that warrants it. I know some people are saying that he shouldnt die because he is being a productive citizen with his books, helping bringing peace and their beliefs that murder is wrong but let me reiterate that he is being sent to the death penalty because of his actions and not because he has been "rehabilitated." Hey thats great that he has been rehabilitated but facts are facts. If we should let him live because he is living the right path then we should let the rest of the death row inmates live because they are now living on the right path. Don't get mad at me because he is about to die. The law is the law, and its being followed.

If you guys are against the death penalty write to your congressman, to the president, organize and event do something to be heard. the savetookie website is a great way to be heard. Like I said I did not create the death penalty, but I do believe that some people do deserve it for their own actions.
