If you thake the time to listen to R U Still Down properly then you will know that it fits in between Thug Life Volume 1 and Me Against The World. I mean lets think about it:
-On Enemies With Me featuring som members of The Outlawz you hear 2 Pac saying Young Thugz in this mutherfucker. It was Young Thugz before MATW (and Thoro Headz at some point) where their group name was Dramacydal.
-You can still hear Stretch in the songs (on the hooks). So it was definatley before they fell out. Also collabos with Big Syke and Spice 1 which happened some tim eafter TLV1.
-If you listen really close you can hear the influences of the Thug Life era and of the MATW era. This is the stepping ston of Pacs growing up to a man. Although he already had a great level of maturity even in 2Pacalypse Now, I believe he became a proper man after MATW. In RUSD you can hear this style of Pac(I Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto, Only Fear Of Death). But you also have the 2Pacalypse style in some tracks (Definition Of A Thug Nigga, Let Them Thangs Go).
What do yall think?
