It is when others on your block recognize your name easily and everyone respects and/or fears you. It is when no one will stand up to you, and people will back down by default.
Tell me if Snoop ever had those qualifications. Never. Never did. He sold drugs? Bo-hoo. Almost everyone sells drugs these days, even Internet thugs.
He was on a trial for murder? Anyone can be snatched off the streets by a malicious prosecution. Snoop was unlucky. That's all.
I am no thug or gangster, but I know Snoop is not one either.
