Is "The Way He Wanted It" worth spending 18$?

I've read a lot a good things about this mixtape/album, and I found that it was sold at 10$ + 8$ ( international delivery charge)=18$.

I have not a lot of money, I just want to spend the few bucks I have in good 2Pac related cds or dvds.

So what do you think, should I buy this album?

P.s : How come that the delivery charge is so high? Did anybody received it yet?

Who knows, I don't think anybody has recieved their copy yet. It's worth it to me at least because there's two unheard songs on there not remixed to death by Amaru. Props to Assasin for this shit man, I already know I'm gonna love it and it's not even here yet.
