I cant really tell. In that song with nas he sings a bit and he tries to rap in it, so I aint really sure but he has a pretty good voice.

I believe he is asking because when Quan eventually comes out with a solo album he wants to know if it will be a rap album or a singing (RnB, etc) type album.

Someone posted a Quan song on this board a while back and I got it, it is just rap, no singing, I'm pretty sure he is a rapper who happened to sing the hook on the Nas song because on this other track I got it is strictly rap. Hope that helps.
