Image gallery added

I have added an Image gallery for users to upload their photos, currently the only catagory available is "Member's Personal Photos."

This means, ONLY upload YOUR photos, not photos of famous people, not funny photos, [highlight]just photos of you or photos you have taken[/highlight].

Regular users may upload up to 1MB of photos, VIP users have an unlimited quota.
