Kind of, lol.

Some of you might have read before that I started an internship at a sick company. Anyway this regards to that company, or the head of the HR at least.

I asked her if I can have next Tuesday and Friday off, being that it's my brithday Tuesday and Friday I have a party to go to. Right away she said it was ok, so I'm like yeahhhh. Lunch rolls around and we are in the companies little restaurant thing ordering lunch and she comes and pulls me aside and said meet me in her office she wants to talk to me about missing work. I haven't missed a day and I'm like wtf, not gonna get the days off. I stroll up in the office with my spaghetti and we start eating and talking. I asked if this was cus I couldn't have the days off and she goes welllll give me a kiss and you can. I should say this lady is hot, I shouldn't be worried or even questioning this. I proceed to say no I have a girlfriend yadda yadda and she gets up and unbuttons the top button on her shirt. I'm not trying to make it sound like a porn but really this shit happened lol. I stand up start to walk out the door and she says if I leave I'm fired. I wanted to storm out the room and go to her boss and be like yooo, but I have no proof her word vs mine type shit. I gave her a kiss on the cheek and walked out. I figured it teases her and gets me off the hook.

I don't know what to do though. I think I'm gonna try to record this happening next time, something. I should just agree to her demands, lol, but Im not tyring to ruin a damn thing at this company.

No seriously...the head of HR? :wondering: wow. Why do you have to ask HR to take days off?
 
Are you single? if so, might as well go for it.

If you're taken, don't do it.

If you want to turn the fucking tables on her. Bring a recorder, or use your cellphone the next time you're alone with her. At that point, the ball's in your court.

Lastly..... Got a picture of her? lol
 
yea see if you can get her to text it to you...that's how I always hear of ppl getting caught.

I wish I had subordinates to seduce and blackmail :sad2:

Difficult situation. Since she's your superior, like you said it's her word against yours. As suggested, find a way to record it happening. You have a G1 or MyTouch, right?

I remember you saying that. There's an app called "Voice Recorder" that you could use. I've used it to record conversations before. Just discreetly lay it face down in front of you and voila.

The problem you have by participating in it is that makes you guilty too, and since you're the guy.....she could easily accuse you of sexual harassment and people would be more likely to believe her. Not to mention she could just fire you anyway since she's the head of HR.

It'll certainly be interesting to see how this plays out for you, lol.

Anyways, I knew i'd get these responses lol. I've never had to deal with workplace romance/sex/awesome, as SOFI would put it. I'm intrigued at the thought for sure, but this type of stuff gets out and I'm not trying to ruin my future with this place. Let alone my relationship with my girlfriend, its easy to think she wouldn't find out but that doesn't make a difference, I'm honest and loyal. I don't know ill just this slide if she does it again its either gonna be beneficial for both of us or just me lol. We'll see how it plays out.

I have to ask HR for time off cus I'm not a real employee and that's the department I answer to, even though I don't work with em, its whatever.

What he can do is warn a superior about what happened... someone above her, and tell the person that he doesn't have any evidence at the moment, but will have some later on.

I know some people that have used that, so it works out. Also, she'd have to start off the conversation, giving him ultimatums. If he starts off with the flirting, obviously he'd be in the wrong.

when the the term gay change to "not wanting to sleep with a woman" from "wanting to sleep with a man"?

ARon mentioned he was in a relationship and clearly he takes it seriously. I've turned down a few hot chicks before because I valued my relationship and clearly that doesn't make me gay.

Of course, this was before I knew my wife was bi, and had she actually been there with me at the time things may have turned out differently...lol
