Ireland, France, Canada or Cuba.

Ireland - family there & not too different to here.
France - nice people, nice weather & not too far from home. Auld Alliance.
Canada - family there & I like their winter weather. Docile plus the fact that it, heritage wise, combines Scotland/Britain with France.
Cuba - to enjoy the best health service the world has to offer. Nice weather too & it is a very uniqe country.

Edit: I suppose possibly Australia but I'd be a bit worried about the dangers out there from wildlife.

I know french so i bet i could make an alright living there. France just cause its really really nice. The health care system is the best in the world and i love to speak french, so that would be pretty sick, and who knows, maybe kick it with Saaphir...smoke a blunt and shit, and Italy cause of the weather, but i hear theres no jobs, so fuck...

europe man its hard lots of places i love a lot i'd say i move evry couple of yrs italy here,russia there,greece here,serbia too, all kinds of places i love a lot of parts of europe although i'm pretty good in french though i wouldn't go to france there are too many nude beaches and shit i would lose in the competition..also i'm not a fan of seeing tons of nudity.....
