How to make the Street Hop forum better?

If there is a plan to change up this board, make Street Hop into it's own forum, if not this place will just descend into another IC, which is not why we come here.

Also I've been in the "old school" forum. I think we need to define old school.
There's 3 threads in there. 1 is rakim Vs Mos. But the other 2 are Doggystyle and Biggie Vs eazy. Which to me isn't old school.

I think a beef forum and a general hip hop forum would be the best option, if you start creating a forum for minor things it takes away the importance and people will lose interest. I mean who can be bothered lookin through 4-5 forums just to find an interesting post.

Oh yeah, id def split it into all the regions, not just east west. But it doenst look like we're going to do that now.

im a member of like loads of other forums, and they have porn sections where u have to post in them in the thread before u can download and shit...we could have different sections, lmao call it 'how do you want' and make catergories for all different sex's of people....LMAO at this idea...its bannana's.....would be cool tho ah and any 1 under 18 cant access it....[shit that means i couldnt get in]

There are too many stickys in this forum maybe you could reduce them to half. i Find too many sticky's annoying.

Merge the underground section with the streethop section.

i would change the name of the news sub-forum to something more general so you can post Articles, either by credibile hip hop websites, magazines or just random people. That way people have something to read and discuss.

A certain amount of posts you have to have before making a new thread (just for Streehop). If a Mod see's a new member posting well, they can start making threads.
If this is possible, I think this is a good idea that might reduce the amount of crap getting posted in here.

Newayz I'd like to see something like THE OFFICIAL KRS WEEK and we all dedicated threads to KRS ONE and every month 1 week a different rapper...that way we keep eachother updated and for some we think back of the old days...

1- Beef forum. Instead of ppl going at each other in threads, they could do to a specific forum. Call it the 'Let out your E-steam' forum.

2- More mods. I agree. Not enough here on watch. If it could be done, I'd like to Mod. this is probably the only forum I post now and I think I'd do a good job. Even if I'm not chosen, more mods would be a good choice.

3- temporary forums when a big name artist releases an album. So instead of plaguing the whole streethop section, they talk about it in a temporary one. After maybe a 1 month, you close down the forum.

4- File sharing forum. Whenever theres tracks to be posted up to download. They place em in a specific spot.


Thats all I can think of now.

The mods in place are good, but are all from America meaning they probably will be on at the same time, give or take a couple of hours.
