I'm one of those people that's pretty much happy all the time. If I have a bad day at work, I leave it there when I leave. Not many things can really make me unhappy to be honest. I'm just that type of person I guess. I'm not saying i'm the most positive person ever, but it's just rare to see me in a bad mood.

I'm pretty happy these days. I've had a lot to overcome recently and it made me realize i'm a lot luckier than most. Not only that but i'm strong and it'll take a lot to get me down where I can't get back up.

I'm in the best relationship ever. I just started this great job that pays well and is convenient. Not to mention the company seems awesome. I just moved to a neighborhood that I love to death. There's always a fair or festival or something to do. I'm not done with school like i'd hoped for... but all in all, i'm happy :)

Very good question. I have a good girl i'm seeing, I just graduated and I'm starting university in the fall. On the same hand I use drugs everyday and I don't think its good, I'm always drunk, I have no idea what I wanna do with my life, I don't know my family at all, and I've watched two best friends hit rock bottom. Sometimes I feel happy, but sometimes I feel unhappy. If i had to vote i'd say so so.

love my life, enjoy the people i spend time with, love my job, it is treating me VERY well, love my CAR, and coming closer and closer to reaching my goals. i guess you could say i'm happy with where i'm at right now... just missing that special someone lol...

i'm happy. of course i'll bitch about things, i'm a born complainer. there is still some things i can improve, but overall happy!

yeh thats pretty much the same as me.

Strangely enough, I thought about this earlier today for the first time in awhile...which means I'm not happy.

I have a job that pays well and it's a job that suits people my age, but I work with mostly older guys and I've been thinking about that a lot lately because I don't want to end up like them when I am 40 years old so I just want to fast track school so I can have a career and be happy with it. I am more stressed than unhappy.

Also, keco52 (from ohio) has repeatedly turned down offers to drive to Maryland to see me.

I'm not really happy...
I don't want to bring war back again, but it affected my family so much financialy as mentally...

My family is literally split all over the world, I've seen my uncle twice in 15 years. My cousin lives in Norway, another one in Chatanooga, Australia, another one in Bosnia... My closest family is my mothers cousin who lives 2 mins away from us and thats it.

I was supposed to study in some big schools in Europe because we had the money, now we do not.

We used to get everything we wanted, food, toys, everything...

Then a few weeks after the war started, I was happy if I could eat something else than bread, and that lasted for a few years.

I remember once, my dad bought some Pepsi Cola. Honestly, i was like a kid who just recieved an X-Box 360.

I'm happy with the fact that we were able to situate and locate ourselves in a country that helped us adapt, so today I'm recieving some good education and I live in a safe place.

I'm not happy with nostalgia. Ask Flipmo or Sofi, Im sure they know how I feel.

Then again, I go back there every summer, which at the same time heals and opens my wound.

Which is why I voted : I don't know anymore.

I'm really lost honestly.

If you spent time without them, you should have gotten used to it. I never really miss my cousins nor anybody in my extended family because due to life's ways, I was never with them for extended periods of time. The distance doesn't impact my overall happiness, but the nostalgia is a bitch, though. But, it comes and goes.

Youve got it better than a lot of people. I wasnt allowed to go back to Poland for 18 years. I dont know my grand parents, cousins, aunts, uncles, I dont know my sister, and my father left when I was seven. I was raised by my mother, with no other family around.

At least you get to go back every summer. :thumb: Count your blessings.

^^ I do, but for some reason it impacts me very much...

at the moment, it really affects me because for the first time in 15 years all of my family gathered in Bosnia-H. together. I'm the only one who's not there.

Spending too much money on cars, houses and, not to forget, your girlfriend, eh? ;)

Anyway, right now im pissed because of 4 minor injuries i have which prevent me from playing football :(

^^^ find something that would make a German happy. I'm sure that'll help you.
