You do realize that argument doubtedly holds any water. It is a known fact there is no gay chromosome nor straight chromosome. There is a number of 46 chromosomes in total, scientists have the knowledge of every single chromosome, undoubtedly. If there was a sexual preference chromosome, we would have known about it 10 or more years ago, as a fact.

I'm not a scientist and I don't have any knowledge of that shit, you're gonna have to try not to nitpick. The point I'm trying to make it clear, right?

lifestyle choices will always be disagreed with. It's all about perception and your outlook on things. Some odn't agree with arranged marriages some do, some don't agree with the hip hop lifestyle others don't agree with a celibate lifestyle etc
ofcourse no harm or vigilante attacks should be carried out against people you disagree with. even if they're child molestors, the law states your not allowed to even harm them.

My aunt is a lesbian...and really i don't give a fuck. She's no flammer or nothing, she just lives with this other chick, and i guess they have sex like any other couple does. It's her choice to live that way, and even though i'm not gay, i don't see why anyone would disagree with her lifestyle. People who hate on her are just ignorant to their own feminine or masculine aspects of their personality. All men have a feminine side and all females have a masculine side, and how you deal with those 'sides' determines your sexuality in. I think my aunt could have been straight, but i think she feels more satisfaction in partners of the same sex. I got no beefs with that.

Yeah there is nothing wrong with a guy having a feminine side, but I see no relation. I guess you could say I'm very feminine myself. I like anything that shows a sense of elegance, style, and grace, including myself. I don't know why. The only logical reason that I see is my passionate love for women. Not an imitation, but in my own masculine-feminine sense. Many people would call me a metrosexual.

You just said being gay is a fetish and is easy to talk someone out of, being black or female is not something so easy is it? The way society works is if something is different and considered by a large majority as "wrong" those people are outcasted. Its no wonder gay people become confused when they have natural feelings towards someone of the same sex while society is telling them its wrong and against God and everything right. When you have a confused person placed in a situation where prehaps the family is completely against their preferances its easy to see that person being ashamed and squash their feelings for peace and harmony in their family, thats even if they manage to voice that in fear of physical and emotional abuse from those closest to them.
And as far as Gay couples seeking adoption, whats worse for that child, two loving parents of the same sex - or no parents at all sitting in a centre for abandoned children the rest of their childhood? And my personal opinion is that a child needs a female and male figure in their life, but that can come from Aunties, Uncles, Grandma's, Grandpa's etc. and if our society was more open minded and families didnt turn their backs on their gay children the adopted children might just have that figure and as Ken says there would be that "balance".
I obviously dont have a problem with gay people, my brother is gay he is still my brother and always will be. Some things I might not be proud of him for but being gay doesnt affect our relationship because he is still that same person I grew up with. And people who say "I dont have a problem with gay people just dont flaunt it/hold hands and kiss" who are you to say they cant do those things? I'm sure there are things in your life that you do that others find offensive but do you ever think to stop doing that for the protection of someone else's feelings? There are extremes that I'd consider any person of any sexualty doing in public is nasty but holding hands and kissing is not one of them and I dont think its anyones place to say whether two people can do that or not.

How can you speak for all homosexuals? like i said before Research shows very high rates of success in changing individuals of their homosexual tendencies. Many of these people were not pressured or forced to change, sure society has had a hard time of accepting homosexuals but that just can not be enough for someone to change a trait he/she was born with so easily. There never was the need to change because of society, thats a lame excuse if you ask me, a homosexual does not need to make his sexual preference public to be accepted. What happened to privacy? All the individual could do is keep his/her sexual preference to him/herself and live as a homosexual under the roo of your home plain and simple, its very much possible, do you not agree? I dont go out in public and make my sexual preference publicly clear to everyone that i am straight inorder for me to be accepted in society, I've had over 12 jobs in the West and neither of them asked me if i'm Gay or straight. I believe homosexuals are no different. dont act like as if its either you make it public or be forced to change, fact is you can remain gay and be accepted in society.

However, I believe those that changed have accepted the fact that its a clinical sexual identity disorder and have sought help to be cured from it. There is quantitative scientific research on the subject and thousands of individual case studies which prove that Homosexuals have changed their orientation by choice of will with help from counselors and therapy. not because of hate or lack of acceptance in society. I never herd of any stories of Japanese Americans wanting to change their skin color or the way they look after the attacks on pearl harbor, nor did i hear of any stories of blacks wanting to change because of their hard times in society back in the day, same with Arabs after the 9/11 attacks, they didnt change a thing to fit in.

Basically they're close to determining a specific region in the X chromosome. They say a gene for homosexuality seemed to be maternally linked and found on the Xq28 stretch of the X chromosome.

Lets not bring science into this, the genetic theory of homosexuality has been generally discarded today, it simply doesn't exist, there is none to support either side, its like trying to prove if there is a God or not using science. We have to look at whats normal and whats not normal here, Like it or not we humans would not exist today if we were Gay. fact is we were all brought here by a male and a female, anything other than that is not normal and anything not normal can be helped and eventually cured. that might sound ignorant to you but thats how i feel
