Having problems with this kid thats bigger than me

Whew nothing happened today, i walked by pass him and he asked me to cut classes with him, so i was like oh hell no. I didnt say hell no, i just said im going back to class. Hes one fucked up kid, dont know what he wants.

I would say definitely don't "snitch" on him that will only make the situation worse.

I was in a situation once where a guy that was probably 3 years older than me would mess with me everyday because I wouldn't go out with him. He would walk 10 minutes to ride my bus just to f*** with me. He would call me a bitch in class (he was 18 in freshman english...lmao) I'm a mean ass girl but I knew in my head I couldn't fight him. I went to the teacher and asked if I could switch classes and obviously he wanted to know why. So he took it to the principal. The principal talked to him and told him he needed to stop whatever he was doing to me. This only made the situation worse.

End of the story...He called me a bitch and pushed me one day and I threw as many punches as I could before he knocked me out. I had a major concussion, he had a black eye and a busted lip. I spent a week in jail for assault because I threw the first punch but he never looked at me sideways again.

I would see if maybe you could get your classes switched without making it obvious that he's the reason why. If it comes down to it and you have to fight him...It's sad...but sometimes that's a part of life. Don't use any weapons tho...use your fists.

how is that possible? ive never once heard of a girl punching a guy and then getting knocked out going to jail. i mean he was torturing you and things, which qaulified as harrassment and he pushed you which is assault. so therefore although u punched it was his fault, he should have gone to jail.

I know...He SHOULD have but in Ohio the self-defense law is pretty much non existent. Me being on probation played a part in me going to jail. I lived in a city where you could go to jail for jay-walking. They would throw you in jail at the drop of a dime. So yea. All that played a part in him not going...That particular incident anyway.

if it was here in VA, ud be rich from a lawsuit and hed be sitting in jail for a long time, so it can be fucked up either way, but for the most part the way it would work here in virginia is more moral. but every law can seem corrupt at times.what were you on probation for?

Back when I was like 7, I used to get the shit kicked out of me everytime I went down the neighourhood to play soccer.My dad found out and he gave me this big stick and told me to beat the shit out of them.I got back home 3 minutes later with a bloody nose and I was crying.My dad went to their parents and threatened them and they got scared shitless and told their children to put an end to it.Shit got worse when those kids started doing it on the downlow.My dad called his cousin who used to teach Karate back then and I had lessons arranged with a friend of his starting the next day.
By the time I was 10, 9-16 year olds used to make space whenever I passed by.I moved out when I turned 12.I met one of those who used to bully me the other day.I didnt recognize him at first, then he showed me this thing on his head, it turned out that I obviously kicked him in the face, his head hit a break and it ended up with stitches.I was deeply satisfied knowing that he remembers that 6 year old kid he used to bully everytime he looks in the mirror sideways.He's 24 now,a fully grown man who feels remorse for thing he had done 12 years ago.
Just do something about it.Don't take shit from noone, shit'll evolve and other people will end up bullying you too.

ey yo man i feel bad for bullying this kid landon he had amullet and handycapp shoes the ones with velcro, i took his ball at PE, he grabbed my arm twisted that shit and i was like it doesnt hurt then he twisted it like 6 more tiems shit was about to break i told him let go cuz i dont want to have to beat his ass and he didnt so i punched him i nthe chest then he let go but started more shit then i felt i had to get him back, but i think i showed him i have nothing against him now.

It wasn't JUST because he called me a bitch...I put up with it for 4 months. The teachers watched him harass me (not only verbally but sexually) and they would just laugh it off like it was no big deal. I tried ignoring him. I wouldn't say it was worth it and I'm not proud of it in any way...but I can't change the past and if given the chance to do it a differently I can't say that I would.
