Hey newbie a couple of suggestions.

Obviously A) Talking it out will not work out this aint an episode of Different Strokes B) Standing up for yourself seems good at first but he will seek revenge no matter what. You made him look bad and C) If he is in a gang be careful, you will get jumped by other gang members. Gangs don't give a shit if its 1 against 20 they will pile on you.

What I would do is tell your parents that you are in fear of your life and would like to seek another school or another track session (A, B, C, D). I don't know if they still have tracks in high school its been a while. Another recommendation is too hang around with people always have someone with you when you go to school, walk, eat ect preferably a big guy. Lastly talk to your school offcials about this situation. Talk to the school police (if you have one) about your situation and what ways he would recommend for you to handle it. If he does put another finger on you you can have him arrested and thrown out of school. Just make sure you have someone there watching the incident.

Damn this sucks, these things are always so difficult to handle too. You have to tell someone in your life though, do you have any older brothers or an uncle or is this something your parents could help you with? Does it only happen in school or could something happen outside of school? I think telling the school authorities could possibly make it worse for you outside of school but you should definitely open up to someone because you can't handle this on your own and more importantly you shouldn't even have to. dont start a gang, because first off, that shit never works for u to really run that shit youd ahve to have more balls than the people in it, and if they dont have balls they will be pussys. and you will only loose respect for getting your ass beat. just get a lot of fuckin friends and fuck him up, then find out a lot of information about him like address and phone number, and register him at publishers clearing house and check all the shit. so he has telemarketers calling his house constantly and sending him junk email and junk mail. and for the free magazines give him like PGA digest, womans health, and southern living. try and find out his email address if he has one because ll need it. call blockbuster and pretend to be him and cancel his card. then go to a payphone and call crimeline and be all scared sounding and report him for stealing stereos and being in a gang, act like you used to be his friend but are tired of his ways, but be sure to remain anonymous and do it on a payphone, then call those religious services so they send him shit in the mail and send those people to speak to him to his house. just ruin his life.
