^ no u get new terrotories to take over
Fly into the corner of the map and keepin checkin ur gang stats, i had 60% terrotories controlled, after 20 mins i had 55% controlled, after about an hour i only controlled 45%
You cant see the new terrotories on the map until you die, so just jump out of the plane and drown, or if you fly long enough CJ will starve.
Then check your map and there will be new terrotories unlocked the ballas will have control of the airport in Los Santos and other places near by, the Vagos will pretty much have the whole lower part of San Fierro controlled, the top of San fierro is a mix between the ballas and Vagos.
I didn fly long enough to unlock the terrotories in Las Vanturas, i got a few but not really alot.
