God bless the dead on the Greatest Hits album

Don't get me wrong, i love this track, but why did they release it on his greatest hits album? I mean.. It's not one of his "greatest hits" (yes, i know it was unreleased before GH) They could easily have picked out another track instead, it was so many other alternatives. What's your opinion?

Probably because the "biggie smalls" line to create controversey.

I don't have a problem with it. Couldn't the same be said for Unconditional Love and Troublesome 96? But i have to say, it's nice to have a track where they left Stretch on there, instead of editing him out.

No, i don't think so. I'm talking about GBTD, the track is more like a hardcore rap track. Not a typical hit song. The other previously unreleased tracks fits better on the album.

God Bless the Dead, Changes, Troublesome 96, and especially Unconditional Love (1 of Pacs greatest) is better then some other songs on there.

I'd rather have them than All About U, that song isnt all that.

Well, we are all entitled to our own opinion. But seriously, its not all that. It another radio/party song. Nothing deep about it. The chorus is mad silly. "every city i go i see the same hoes". Its a joke. Pac was just makin a radio friendly song to sell records.

Other songs from AEOM belonged on his greatest hits before this one. Like Ambitionz az a ridah or only God can judge me.
