money doesn't matter, but if the woman has the sligtest chance of a recovery, then let her live. If she is totally brain dead and doesn't respond to or understand her surroundings then her life has no meaning.how hizzle? said:the thing is that she doesn't even know that she is in this situation...
but your argument can go both ways...to me the only thing it does, is that it wastes a lot of money to your gouvernement...I am not being ignorant here...It's just sarcasm.... she will never recover...it's too late...i think that the BIG maximum to recover from something like this is 5 years(i believe, because i read about this case a couple of years ago in some exam i had in high school) after that, you forget everything you learned before...it's something like when you forget a language....you can learn it again....but she can't because her cortex isn't functioning anymore

True, the money could be better usedhow hizzle? said:hence i was being sarcastic....but with 100 000$ per year...and for 15 years...I'll say 10 because after 5 there is no more chances for her to live...
so 100 000$ per year for 10 years....that's 1 000 000$ for a woman who has a 0,000001% of chances to get back like she did...
why don't you give that 1 000 000$ to poor people America...not even Africa, AMERICA to save their lives who have 50% chances to be good once again
This case just sickens me because all of this should have been done 15 years ago when she was first put in this state.
how hizzle? said:i agree...but we learn from mistakes...some of them are cruel...if I was a coward, i'd say "life is a bitch, move on"
thats a dumb way to see the situation...i'd rather say "here we all learned something, let's study the case to be sure not to do the same mistake again, never move on, but move with it"

Frankly it pisses me off this case gets so much special treatment when there are so many more important issues going on in within the United States right now.
