I'm gonna check to make sure, but I believe this is more of Eminem cutting and pasting Pac's vocals/interviews, etc.

I'm pretty sure it is just two different parts of phrases from "The Last Interview" with Sway.

Like I said, I'm gonna listen to the interview again just to check and make sure, but I'm pretty sure that's it.
