as we all now new fifty cent album is right around the corner, just wanna know do u think it will be good?, and how would you compare fifty's work ethic to pac's. for eg. gunit compared to 2pac's outlawz.
50 Cent is nowhere near 2 Pac. He is always being compared to Pac but he is nowhere as deep! Eminem is closer to Pac than 50. At least he has some deep songs (Cleanin Out My Closet, The Way I Am, Mockingbird). And G Unit maybe selling more records than The Outlawz, but Outlawz are souljas. G Unit are mainstream repetitive wannabes. You never hear Kastro E.D.I, Young Noble screaming OUTLAWZ!!!!!! on every song!!
let me go on the record as saying 50 cent and gunit could *never* compare to pac and the outlawz. i was just sayin', the lawz do scream out "outlawz" on every song, which i dont think is a bad thing either...
this was probably discussed already but i missed it...was Fitty's intro in Releast Killaz suppose to be a diss to Ja Rule, with him wanting to be like 2pac?
The only way 50 cent is superior to Pac is in business. 50 doesn't take things too far and keeps himself safe from trouble and from the law.
On a rapping point. 50 is far behind 2pac, he doesn't have the subject matter or the skills to keep up.
Maybe if he took his time on his raps, and didn't try to emulate Pac's work ethic, and tried to perfect each one, then maybe he'd be more impressive.
The business part gets in the way of the rap skills part for 50.
50 Cent is at the top right now, he know he's selling, if you're smart you gonna sell something at a mininum cost to you, he can put 45% into his rap and people would still buy this shit, making the most profit while speding the least amount is what a smart hustler does, 50 Cent does that.
Just one question to sort this. Which do you prefer?: 2 Pac ft G Unit - Loyal To The Game, or 2 Pac ft The Outlawz - Hail Mary + Hit Em Up + Bomb First + When We Ride + Life As An Outlaw. No point bothering to try and compare here.
2 Pac >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>50 Cent
The Outlawz>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>G Unit
