Here's a little portion of Hittman interview where he talked about this
"There was also a song called "Blaww" that I wanted on the album, over "What's the Difference". And we was having debates, and I was like 'Man, take my verse off that shit then, I dont like "What's the Difference"', that's how much I liked the other song better. He was like 'You sure, the verse is hot!", so he gave Xzibit the opportunity to shine."
